Blake Homan, President/Founder
Blake is an entrepreneur and industry veteran, with over 20 years of experience in a variety of senior engineering and marketing positions. Prior to founding Video Clarity, Blake was Vice President of Technical Marketing at Optibase (OBAS), an IPTV streaming, encoding, and decoding solutions’ company. Blake joined Optibase with the acquisition of Viewgraphics Inc., a digital media transmission company. During his tenure at Optibase, Blake was instrumental in setting up world-wide support and defining application engineering.
Bill Reckwerdt, Vice President Marketing & CTO
Bill is responsible for leading the strategic, product and outbound marketing initiatives. Bill has been involved in digital video since the early 90’s from digital compression, video on demand, to streaming servers. He received his MS specializing in Behavioral Modeling and Design Automation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining Video Clarity, Bill held senior positions at Hewlett Packard, C-Cube, Vweb, and Optibase. Bill is an active member of the VQEG, SMPTE, and VPQM.
Adam Schadle - Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Adam is responsible for leading our company growth initiatives with emphasis on new market revenue generation and business development. He has more than twenty years of experience in management and leadership of companies providing video solutions to enterprises, television networks and service providers in a wide variety of applications. Most recently as president of Optibase Inc., Adam led the company in the launch and sales growth of several successful products for IPTV applications. Prior to Optibase Adam was Vice President of Marketing for Viewgraphics and Director of Marketing for Sony Electronics Business and Professional products group.
Rick Huyett, Vice President Engineering
Rick’s engineering innovations span 15 years, including more than 10 years in the audio/video space. Prior to joining Video Clarity, Rick led the HD digital media transmission development at Optibase. Rick has held senior positions at Intergraph / Iomega, Pinnacle, Spruce, Datavideo, and NeTpower, Inc.
