New Product RTM Manager to make debut at NAB 2011
Campbell, CA, April 11, 2011 – Video Clarity, Inc. today announced the RTM Manager, a new addition to the Real Time Monitor (RTM)
family of products that will be shown for the first time at NAB 2011. (http://videoclarity.com/MonitoringProducts.html)
RTM Manager is a web server, event logger, archive and player with a web browser dashboard for instant remote status of one or more RTM units.
RTM systems are used in a television network to accurately monitor a channel's outbound AV quality, lip sync and vertical ancillary data against a distributed signal via return path in a continuous 24 by 7 operation. RTM also records all events that break user set quality thresholds in fully uncompressed audio and video. Given that RTM provides this all in one solution, having an RTM Manager with its
over-the-network multi-channel status dashboard and central playback capabilities allows operators to run diagnostic sessions uninterrupted for as many channels as the facility requires.
"Video Clarity continually enhances its product lines for our growing user base. One of the key recent requests has been channel event status and automated archiving for multiple RTM units," states Adam Schadle, VP for Video Clarity. "With this introduction, the RTM
solution becomes one of the most powerful real-time diagnostic tools for television operators at the network level."
